This Agreement governs your access to and use of the Hollywood Consult Hub website (the "Site") and related services (collectively referred to as the "Services"). 1. You can access this Agreement anytime by clicking "TERMS OF USE" in the footer of each page of the Site. By registering for or using any service or product offered on the Site, you consent to and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not access or use the Site.

 

2. In addition to reviewing this Agreement, please also review our Privacy Policy, which is available in the footer of each page of the Site. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the Privacy Policy, HCH reserves the right to determine which terms shall prevail at its sole discretion.

B. **Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability:**

1. The Services are provided "as is" without any warranties. HCH does not guarantee uninterrupted access or the absence of errors.

2. HCH is not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its Content.

 

C. **Termination or Suspension:**

4. HCH may sub-license, transfer, sell, or assign this Agreement at any time. You may not sub-license, transfer, sell, or assign this Agreement, and any attempt to do so will be null and void.

 

5. Headings used in this Agreement are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of this Agreement.
